This daiquiri is in the highly spirited chapter of my cocktail book, and I can understand why.
It's strong, but delicious.
You always have the option to add lemonade or soda water if you want when you find cocktails strong, I don't here as I love it, but the option is there.
If you don't like strawberry seeds, strain it, I don't strain it, as they don't bother me.

Recipe adapted from the Family Circle 'Cocktails and Party Drinks' Cookbook
Makes 1
45ml Bacardi
30ml Cointreau
15ml Strawberry liqueur
30ml lime juice
4 Fresh strawberries
Ice
Place Bacardi, Cointreau, strawberry liqueur, lime juice, strawberries and ice in a blender. Blitz until well mixed. Pour into a large goblet or martini glass.
Decorate with an extra strawberry if you like.
