East Coast Cooler
I've lived on the East Coast of Australia for the last 14 years so I could not resist making this with it being called East Coast cooler.
This like the Berry Spritz is light, refreshing and I think great for parties. Put a large punch bowl or jug in the middle of the table and let your family and friends enjoy a spritzer.
Now I am not one to ever grab an apple and eat it, it is not my favourite fruit, but soak it in wine and I will go back for more.

Recipe adapted from a Donna Hay magazine
Serves 6-8
1 bottle (750ml) chilled Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc
3 cups (750ml) chilled soda water
1/4 cup (60ml) elderflower cordial
1 pink lady apple, thinly sliced

In a 2 litre capacity jug mix together, to combine, the wine, soda water and elderflower cordial.
Add ice, as it is great really cold, and the slice apple.
