Apple, Elderflower and Gin Cocktail
This one is one of my daughter's favourites.
I love easy to make cocktails, and this one is really easy. Mix everything together in a jug and serve.
This gin-based cocktail has both fruity and floral notes, it's a great party cocktail.
You can use normal apple juice, as I did, it doesn't need to be cloudy apple juice, I might even try it with sparkling apple juice.
If you find it sweet you can make it with a little less apple juice and add some mineral water instead. The mineral water also makes it more sparkling, which I like.
