Moscow Mule
This is yet another drink me and my husband have taken a liking to. Very refreshing.
I bought the cups above as I had seen Moscow Mules served in them elsewhere, I kind of thought they were gimmicky, didn't really think to buy them, but they were on sale, so I bought them. Boy was I wrong, they are fabulous, the drink gets so cold in them as the cup gets cold, freezing cold, so much better than glass.
If you find it a little sweet, you could decrease the amount of ginger beer and add some soda water to top it up.
If you don't have limes, you can use lemon.
Easy to make, easier to drink.
