I love coffee, I love Baileys. So I love this.
So if you are like me, this is such a beautiful cocktail, you need to try it.
I did add extra milk to the original recipe, as I found it strong, but the amount of milk is up to you.
The recipe is designed to serve 2, but I make it in a larger glass and it serves 1.

Serves 1
80ml Baileys
80-120ml milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon instant coffee
Chocolate topping (optional)
Serves 1

Place the baileys, milk, ice cubes and coffee in a blender, blitz until almost smooth.
If using chocolate topping, swirl it around the rim of your glass.
Pour in the Baileys mix.
