Emalee's Banana Smoothie
Emalee is my daughter, she is 12 years old, and loves these cups I got her and her brothers.
Since I bought them she has been in the kitchen regularly making drinks for the three of them. This is her banana smoothie recipe, she measures nothing, just throws some ingredients together and makes delicious drinks for the three of them. She has even taken to making the drinks, then taking a photo for me, just in case I want to post one of her recipes. She is quite funny.
The ice cubes are there just to make the smoothie very cold, as we like it cold. The ice cream is a very large scoop, so you get a thicker smoothie. Only add enough milk to fill your glass, you won't need to add much, adding too much milk will make your smoothie too thin.
Give this a go, as it is delicious, and so, so easy to make.
