Christmas Cranberry Crush
This is so good, a alcohol based slushy, divine.
It is very refreshing, very easy to sip on, and perfect for a warm Australian Christmas.
I served it up in a cocktail glass, but you can serve it in a short tumbler.

Serves 6
250ml vodka
250ml cranberry juice
200ml cold sugar syrup
6 large limes, juiced

In a large jug add the vodka, cranberry juice, sugar syrup and lime juice, mix well.
Pour into a large container, cover and freeze overnight.
Once frozen, stir and spoon into glasses.
Serve with a wedge of lime.
