Envy
This is an easy one to make and easy to drink. Tastes quite tropical and I love it. The colour is really pretty to.
You can make this in a cocktail shaker, but why dirty one, when you can make it straight in the glass.
Original recipe includes 15ml amaretto, but as I don't like it, I just left it out.

Makes 1 drink
ice
30ml Bacardi
15ml blue curacao
15ml lime juice
75ml pineapple juice
Makes 1 drink

Place ice, Bacardi, blue curacao, lime juice and pineapple juice in a highball glass. Stir.
