I love easy to make cocktails and I love them even more when they taste this good.

This ones fun and fruity, a great summer drink.

Recipe

​Recipe adapted from the Family Circle 'Cocktails and Party Drinks' Cookbook

Makes 1

Ice cubes
30ml melon liqueur (Midori)
30ml Cointreau
30ml vodka
30ml lemon juice
30ml pineapple juice
Garnish with pineapple leaves or flowers

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the melon liqueur, cointreau, vodka, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Shake well and strain into a large, chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with pineapple leaves or flowers.
