Desserts:
Who doesn't like a good dessert. I love them. I love making them, I love eating them.
The first thing i do before making any dessert is make myself a cup of coffee, this makes me relax and enjoy the whole experience. Then i gather up all my ingredients and measure everything out. Then by mixing a few ingredients you get these amazing desserts, I love that.
I'm pretty good by now at judging what i will like and what i won't by reading the ingredients. What i really don't like are sickly sweet desserts. What i love is how good a great dessert can make you feel.
Most desserts i make are simple, however every now and then i like the odd challenge and i try a difficult one.
