​Bahama Mama

This cocktail is refreshing and very easy to drink.

​Recipe adapted from the Family Circle 'Cocktails and Party Drinks' Cookbook

Makes 1

Ice cubes
15ml Malibu
15ml dark rum
15ml Kahlua
15ml white rum
Crushed Ice
Pineapple juice, to top up
Thin pineapple wedge, to garnish
Mint sprig, to garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the Malibu, dark rum, Kahlua, and white rum. Shake well to mix, then strain into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a thin pineapple wedge and a small sprig of mint on the rim.
