This is by far my favourite smoothie. The flavour here is absolutely delicious. It is fresh, it is tangy, it is just a beautiful thing to drink.
Now I made it for 3 servings, it was easy to calculate and make it for one more person. So halve it, double it, it will work however many serving you need to make.
I also made it with freshly squeezed orange juice, as we love it, but you could just use a good quality store bought juice.
The yoghurt I used was my favourite brand, but use whatever strawberry yoghurt you love. I love Dairy Farmers Thick and Creamy yoghurts.
So now that school holidays are here, try this smoothie for your kids (or just for yourself), you will love it. It is honestly so good.
Recipe
Serves 2
2 cups strawberries, hulled
1 banana, chopped
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
250g strawberry yoghurt
2 cups ice
Place all of the ingredients into a blender, including the ice, blitz until smooth.
