This is delicious.
If peaches are not in season, I simply make it with tinned peaches.
Recipe
Makes 1
30ml tequila
30ml peach schnapps
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
1 fresh, ripe peach, skinned, seeded, roughly chopped
1 cup crushed ice
Prepare the glass. Use a lemon wedge to moisten the edge of a large cocktail glass, then dip the rim in salt until it is evenly coated and place the glass in the refrigerator to chill, until needed.
Place all the ingredients in a blender, except the ice and blitz until the mixture is smooth. Add the ice and blitz until the mixture has the consistency of shaved ice.
Pour into your prepared glass.
