North Pole Iceberg

​I really love this one, one of my favourites.

Recipe

Recipe adapted from Christmas Cocktails Cards

Serves 1

30ml cointreau
30ml gin
1/4 lime, juiced
sparkling wine
Blue curacao
1 cup ice
​

Blend cointreau, gin, lime juice and ice in a blender. Pour into chilled glass. Top with sparkling wine and drizzle with blue curacao.
