1 cup crushed ice
30ml melon liqueur, I used Midori
45ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Prepare the glass. Use a lemon wedge to moisten the edge of a large cocktail glass, then dip the rim in salt until it is evenly coated and place the glass in the refrigerator to chill, until needed.
Place the ice, midori, tequila, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender. Blend until the mixture resembles shaved ice. Pour into the prepared glass.
