Frosty's Frozen Daiquiri

I love frozen cocktails, they are just perfect on a hot summers day.

A friend of mine for Christmas got me a deck of cards with 52 cocktails to try. I have to say it is a great gift.

I made it in my cocktail glass but make it in a stemmed wine glass if that is what you have.

This one I loved, it was simple to make, icy cold and delicious.

Recipe

Recipe adapted from 52 Christmas Cocktail Cards

Serves 1

45ml Bacardi
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 cups of ice

Pour all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into your serving glass.

Garnish with a lemon circle.

Enjoy!
