You are going to love this flavour combination. The lemon cream cheese with the fresh fruit and the pastry, just divine.
These are truly amazing, and so so easy to make. And did I mention quick to throw together, as long as you remember to take out the cream cheese from the refrigerator 1 hour before needed, to soften, these can be whipped up in less than 20 minutes. Then just put them to bake. Too easy.
Make them whatever shape you like, they do not need to conform to what I did, make them heart shaped for Mother's Day, make them round, whatever you feel like. Just make them.
