15ml dark rum
15ml white rum
Pineapple juice, to top up
Thin pineapple wedge, to garnish
Mint sprig, to garnish
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the Malibu, dark rum, Kahlua, and white rum. Shake well to mix, then strain into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a thin pineapple wedge and a small sprig of mint on the rim or simply pop in a little cocktail umbrella.
